Location
From I-70 take exit 203 at Frisco and head South on Summit Boulevard (State Highway 9) for 13 miles and then turn right onto Shores Lane. Take an immediate left onto Stan Miller Drive and then Highlands Riverfront is 0.2 miles south on Stan Miller Drive on the right (West) side. Turn in at the Highlands Riverfront site sign and to visit our on-site sales office.

The Historic Town of Breckenridge
The historic town of Breckenridge, originally a mining town established in the 1800s, is now a world-class ski and outdoor sport destination. Getting around is made easy by The Summit Stage providing free shuttles around the county. Also, the Breckenridge resort and town buses, taxis, and Uber all offer transportation options beyond driving a car. However, since it is such a pedestrian and bike-friendly town, you can easily get around without needing a vehicle.
